Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
To reschedule, clients must contact administration directly. Fees may be transferred one time when proper notice is given.
Strict Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential.
Confidentiality may only be breached under the following circumstances:
• If there is intent to harm yourself
• If there is intent to harm another person
• If there is suspected abuse or neglect
• If required by court order or Texas law
Corporate confidentiality terms are defined within written agreements.
