Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
To reschedule, clients must contact administration directly. Fees may be transferred one time when proper notice is given.

• If there is intent to harm yourself
• If there is intent to harm another person
• If there is suspected abuse or neglect
